2. Shipping Timeframes
- India: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs
- India: Flat ₹49 or Free on orders above ₹999
- International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location
- Free International Shipping on orders over $7,500 USD
5. Tracking Information

6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or repeated delivery attempts:

- Reshipping charges will apply.
- If you choose not to have it re-shipped, a partial refund will be issued (shipping fees are non-refundable).
